We are pleased to offer our patients two different telehealth platforms, Simple Practice and Doxyme as a convenient alternative to in-office appointments for psychotherapy and psychological testing. Simple Practice is accessed through a simple link that will be sent by text or email before our virtual visit. All you need is a smart phone or computer with a webcam. All pre-visit paperwork and documentation is completed electronically using this HIPPA compliant practice platform that utilizes the strictest encryption protocols to protect your privacy. Dr. Wetterer has partnered with Headway, a leading integrated telehealth network that handles all of the insurance paperwork and preauthorizations. Please note, our office does not currently accept any patients for psychotherapy services outside of the Headway network, so please use the link above to determine whether your insurance is within network. All scheduling is done through Headway.
